Las actitudes docentes deseables desde la perspectiva del profesorado en formación inicial

Abstract

RESUMEN:El presente trabajo aborda la importancia que tienen las actitudes que los docentes despliegan en su práctica pedagógica. A nuestro entender, lo novedoso del mismo es, precisamente, el prisma desde el que partimos: la mirada que tienen al respecto los futuros profesores y la elección que ellos efectúan acerca de aquellas actitudes que consideran fundamentales en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el marco de las aulas de Educación Secundaria.

ABSTRACT: This paper addresses the importance of the attitudes that teachers display in their pedagogical practice. In our view, the novelty is precisely the perspective from which we start: the look that future teachers have about this issue, and the choice they make about those attitudes they consider essential in the teaching -learning process in the framework of secondary education classrooms.
