Análisis económico-financiero del sector hotelero en Cantabria (2009 – 2015)

Abstract

RESUMEN: El principal objetivo de este trabajo es hacer un análisis económico financiero del sector hotelero en nuestra comunidad, más concretamente en el sector hotelero dada la gran importancia que tiene este sector para Cantabria, estructuraremos el trabajo en tres partes: 1) Una introducción del sector y la importancia de éste para Cantabria, además del impacto que tiene frente a otros sectores para poder determinar el potencial que tiene dicho sector. 2) Un análisis de los ratios más representativos, dividiremos esta categoría en tres grupos: • Análisis de las Masas patrimoniales • Análisis de la Rentabilidad • Análisis de Liquidez 3) Finalmente, una conclusiones generales y una serie de aportaciones propias. Con estas variables podremos analizar como reaccionaron aquellas empresas seleccionadas ante el impacto de la crisis y su respectiva salida, comprobando como fluctuó tanto sus estados financieros como sus ratios más relevantes. El periodo que utilizaremos comprenderá los últimos años de la crisis económica y su progresiva salida hasta la actualidad (correspondiente a los años 2009 – 2015).

ABSTRACT: The main objective of this work is to make an economic financial analysis of the hotel sector in our community, more specifically in the hotel sector given the great importance that this sector has for Cantabria, we will structure the work in three parts. 1) An introduction of the sector and the importance of this for Cantabria, in addition to the impact it has on other sectors to determine the potential of this sector. 2) An analysis of the most representative ratios, we will divide this category into three groups: • Analysis of the Patrimonial masses • Analysis of Profitability • Liquidity Analysis 3) Finally, some general conclusions and a series of own contributions. With these variables we can analyze how the selected companies reacted to the impact of the crisis and their respective exit, verifying how both their financial statements and their most relevant ratios fluctuated. The period we will use will include the last years of the economic crisis and its progressive exit to the present (corresponding to the years 2009 - 2015).
