dc.description.abstract	Resumen: En este artículo presentamos una propuesta de practicum para la formación de maestros articulada como un trabajo de reflexión que se desarrolla de forma colaborativa entre un grupo de alumnos y el supervisor universitario. De forma más concreta, este estudio se centra en el análisis de las funciones del tutor universitario como pieza fundamental en el desarrollo de este programa de formación práctica. Para ello, se ha utilizado una metodología cualitativa y se han analizado informaciones procedentes de los diarios de los estudiantes, los seminarios grupales y las entrevistas finales de evaluación. El trabajo se ha desarrollado en la Universidad de Cantabria durante el curso académico 2013-14. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian la relevancia del supervisor universitario en cuanto a dinamizador y moderador de los seminarios, facilitador de la reflexión y orientador de los procesos reflexivos y en cuanto a acompañante emocional. Algunas conclusiones apuntan hacia la simetría relacional entre tutor y alumnos, el seguimiento y apoyo continuado por parte del supervisor y la consideración del error como motivo de aprendizaje como algunos factores que han contribuido al desarrollo del clima requerido para el desarrollo de un practicum orientado por principios reflexivos y colaborativos.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: In this paper we present a practicum proposal for initial teacher training articulated as a work of reflection that is developed collaboratively among a group of students and the university tutor. More specifically, this study focuses on the analysis of the functions of the university supervisor as a cornerstone in the development of this program of practicum. We have used a qualitative methodology and we have analyzed information from the teacher diaries, from the group seminars and from the final evaluation interviews. The work has been developed at the University of Cantabria during the academic year 2013-14. The results show the relevance of the university supervisor in terms of moderator of seminars, facilitator of reflection, guide of the reflective processes and as an emotional companion. Some conclusions point to the relational symmetry between tutor and students, the continued support from the supervisor and the consideration of the error as a reason for learning as some factors that have contributed to the development of the climate required for the development of a practicum oriented by reflective and collaborative principles	es_ES
