Fomentar la excelencia y el desarrollo del talento en el aula: estrategias de trabajo con alumnado de altas capacidades

Abstract

RESUMEN El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Máster es hacer un estado de la cuestión en torno al colectivo de altas capacidades en España: su situación actual ante la legislación y qué medidas educativas están desarrollándose para hacer que su pleno potencial florezca. De la misma manera, realizaré un breve resumen sobre las principales metodologías que se emplean a nivel mundial para la educación del alumnado con altas capacidades. Un punto importante tras la exposición sobre éstas será el análisis del papel del docente en la educación del alumnado con altas capacidades, quien parece ser lo que marca la diferencia en el proceso de enseñanza. Por último, expondré las posibles mejoras que puede acometer el sistema educativo español para favorecer el aprendizaje de este colectivo

ABSTRACT The aim of this Master's Dissertation is to make a state of the question about the collective of high capacities in Spain: its current situation trough the legislation and what educational measures are being developed to make its full potential flourish. In the same way, I’ll make a brief summary on the main methodologies that are used worldwide for the education of students with high capacities. An important point after the presentation on the different methodologies will be the analysis of the role of the teacher in the education of the students with high capacities, who seems to be really the key piece that makes the difference in the teaching process. Finally, I’ll explain the possible improvements that can be undertaken by the Spanish educational system to promote their learning
