RESUMEN: La finalidad de este trabajo es ofrecer materiales de apoyo visual a niños con autismo en la adquisición del inglés. Se compone por un apartado teórico donde se pueden observar diferentes teorías de autores que han estudiado en gran profundidad los temas que subdividen este trabajo (adquisición de la L2, El Trastorno Espectro Autista y la Intervención frente a la L2). Otro apartado es la propuesta donde viene relatada la práctica que se pretende ofrecer a los docentes como base para su propia práctica. Gracias a una serie de actividades, a modo de ejemplo, se podrá observar con mayor precisión la estructura de esta práctica. Se podría decir, en definitiva, que esta propuesta está basada en la adquisición del inglés a través de los pictogramas como un apoyo visual, dentro de las aulas de Educación Infantil, que ofrezco a los docentes para que lo utilicen con niños que padecen un Trastorno Espectro Autista. A pesar de sus dificultades, estos niños serán capaces de adquirir una serie de estrategias que favorezcan su interacción social y el desarrollo del lenguaje gracias a este apoyo.
ABSTRACT: The objective of this design is to offer supplementary visual materials for autistic children in EFL acquisition. This Project is compound by a theoristic section, where there can be seen different authors´ theories that have studied this points of view in a deeper way (L2 acquisition, Autistic Espectrum Disorder and L2 intervention). Another section of the design is the proposal where is related the practice that is expected to be offered. As an example, there can be seen some activities that explain the practice in an specific way. Definitively, it could be said that this design is based on the EFL acquisition through the use of pictograms as a supplementary visual material for autisitc children, that I do offer to other teachers in the classroom at Childhood Education. In spite of difficulties, because of this support., this children will be able to acquire a serie of strategies that increase their social interaction and their language development. This proyect is based on english acquisition by using pictograms as a didactic material. I do offer this material to the teachers to use it in their classrooms as a support for Autistic Espectrum Disorder children. In spite of their difficulties, they Will be able to acquire a serie of strategies to favor social interaction and language development through this didactic material.
