Mujeres inventoras, mujeres ingenieras.

Abstract

RESUMEN: A través de la diferente documentación bibliográfica estudiada he podido comprobar la falta de visibilidad existente de las mujeres inventoras. Por medio de las encuestas realizadas en tres IES de Cantabria, se refleja el desconocimiento existente entre el alumnado en esta temática y el gran interés mostrado para que se saque a la luz a estas mujeres. El presente trabajo fin de máster busca visibilizar a las mujeres inventoras, algunas de las cuales fueron además ingenieras, a través de su incorporación en los libros de tecnología de secundaria. Mi propuesta se centra en 2º de la ESO pero es extensible su aplicación a 3º y 4º. Las consecuencias son importantes para ambos sexos generando conductas de respeto y mejora de las relaciones interpersonales, provocando en el género masculino un mayor reconocimiento de las mujeres y en el género femenino un incentivo para futuras vocaciones profesionales como ingenieras.

ABSTRACT: Through the different bibliographical documentation studied I have been able to verify the lack of existing visibility of the female inventors. Through the surveys conducted in three HEIs in Cantabria, reflects the lack of knowledge among students in this subject and the great interest shown to bring these women to light. The present master's degree work seeks to make visible the inventor women, some of whom were also engineers, through their incorporation in secondary technology books. My proposal focuses on 2º of the ESO but it is extendable its application to 3º and 4º. The consequences are important for both sexes generating behaviors of respect and improvement of the interpersonal relations, causing in the male gender a greater recognition of the women and in the feminine sort an incentive for future professional vocations like engineers.
