Proyecto de orientación profesional en un Centro Educativo

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo tiene entre sus objetivos conocer la situación actual de la orientación profesional en el sistema educativo en España y hacer una propuesta con la intención de contribuir de forma positiva y realista a una mejor orientación profesional en la Educación Secundaria. Para ello, además de hacer una breve revisión de la evolución histórica y de la situación actual de la orientación profesional en los centros de Educación Secundaria, trataremos de analizar los retos a los que deberá hacer frente el sistema educativo para poder atender a las necesidades demandadas tanto por el alumnado para afrontar la transición a la vida activa como por el cuerpo docente, directivo y orientador de los centros para poder realizar una efectiva labor de orientación profesional basada en actuaciones proactivas que refleje no sólo actividades puntuales en los últimos cursos de los planes de estudio sino una auténtica política institucional de orientación profesional en los centros de Educación Secundaria.

ABSTRACT: This work aims to know the current situation of professional orientation in the educational system in Spain and to make a proposal of improvement with the intention of contributing in a positive and realistic way to a better professional orientation in the Secondary Education. To do this, in addition to a brief review of the historical evolution and the current situation of vocational guidance in secondary schools, we will try to analyze the challenges that the education system must face in order to meet the needs demanded Both by the students to face the transition to the active life as well as by the teaching, management and guidance staff of the centers in order to be able to carry out effective professional orientation work based on proactive actions that reflects not only specific activities in the last courses of the plans but a genuine institutional policy of vocational guidance in Secondary Education centers.
