Viabilidad de proyectos empresariales

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este trabajo se va a poder ver como se analiza la viabilidad de la empresa “Lechugas Vivas”. Primeramente se realiza una introducción donde se explica el organigrama de la empresa, sus características y la forma innovadora de producción mediante el cultivo hidropónico. Más adelante el grueso del trabajo se divide en el análisis externo e interno, donde en el externo se analiza por encima la competencia, el desempleo, el PIB, la situación económica-financiera actual y el precio de la lechuga y su variación. En el análisis interno, se encuentra la parte más importante del trabajo, el análisis de la sensibilidad precio de la lechuga de la entidad. Aquí es donde vamos a analizar la viabilidad de la empresa con respecto a un aumento o disminución en el precio de la lechuga. En este punto también se analiza el proceso de cómo se produce la hortaliza, circulando por la piscina y la cultura empresarial y los valores que sigue. Aparte del Word o Pdf que se observa a continuación, también se ha desarrollado un Excel donde se han analizado el PyG y el balance de 2016 y 2017, de donde se sacaron los datos conjuntamente con la empresa que se entregaron en una reunión personalmente. Aparte de esto, se ha realizado un análisis económico mes a mes de los ingresos y gastos que supuestamente obtendría la empresa en 2017. Se trata de un trabajo muy completo en el que se podrá observar el ciclo de vida de la empresa, su continua evolución y su incremento de imagen en el mercado emergente de este tipo de lechugas.

ABSTRACT: In this Project we are going to be able to analyze the viability of the Company “Lechugas Vivas”. We begin with an introduction where we explain the Company`s organization chart, the key points, and finally, the innovative way of production throughout hydroponic harvest. Next to this, the core of the Project is divided into internal and external analysis, in the external case we get an overview of the concurrence, the unemployment, the GDP( gross domestic product), the global financial and economic situation, the lettuce price and finally, its fluctuation. In the internal case, we find the most important part of the Project, the lettuce sensitivity-price. At this point, we are going to analyze the feasibility of the Company related with the lettuce price increase or decrease. We also here analyze the vegetable production flow, the corporate culture and its values. Besides the following Word or Pdf, we have also created an Excel file where we can see the profit and loss account, as well as the balance sheet from 2016 to 2017. We got all this information from a meeting with the owners` Company. Furthermore, an economical monthly analysis has been made to have an overview of the profit and loss balance sheet on 2017. Overall, is a very complete Project where we will be able to see the cycle of life of the Company, it`s constant evolution and the increase in the emerging market in this type of lettuce.
