RESUMEN: En este trabajo se analizará la posición del monarca en una monarquía parlamentaria como la nuestra sin perjuicio de analizar cómo se comportó en épocas pasadas en otros tipos de formas monárquicas.
Así como también las funciones que un monarca de nuestro tiempo debe realizar, es decir observar también esa obligación de máximo respeto a las funciones enmarcadas en nuestra carta magna y ver como el cumplimiento de esas funciones influye en nuestro estado social y democrático de derecho, muchísimo en el día a día actual.
ABSTRACT: This paper will discuss the position of the monarch in the parliamentary monarchy like ours without prejudice to analyse how it behaved in times past in other types of monarchical forms.
As well as also the functions that a monarch of our time must make. Also observe this obligation of maximum respect for the functions contained in our constitution and see how the performance of these functions affects our social state and democratic night, in the present day.
