El derecho a la libertad religiosa en la Segunda República española

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene por objeto el estudio de la normativa constitucional y la legislación de 1931 en materia del derecho a la libertad religiosa, estableciendo una comparativa a modo de conclusión con el tratamiento de la libertad religiosa y de creencias en el modelo constitucional actual.

ABSTRACT: The present End of Work Grade has the aim of studying the constitutional regulation and the laws of 1931 on the right of religious freedom, stablishing a comparative, in a way of conclusion with the religious freedom and believing’s treatment in the current constitutional model.
