dc.description.abstract	RESUMEN: En este trabajo se analiza la figura de la maternidad subrogada desde un punto de vista jurídico. La regulación legal de esta técnica de reproducción asistida es un tema controvertido y para comprender mejor este fenómeno se analiza tanto la legislación y jurisprudencia españolas como legislaciones foráneas y algunos casos de gran relevancia sobre los que se ha pronunciado el Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos.	es_ES
