Excepciones oponibles por el asegurador en el seguro obligatorio de vehículos a motor

Abstract

RESUMEN: Mediante el presente trabajo pretendo mostrar la existencia de diversas excepciones oponibles en el ámbito del seguro obligatorio de vehículos a motor, por parte del asegurador frente al perjudicado, con especial referencia a la jurisprudencia existente al respecto.

ABSTRACT: I intend to show, through the present essay, the different exceptions that the insurance company can exercise in the field of compulsory motor vehicle insurance, against the injured, as well as the different jurisprudential solutions.
