Investigación accidente laboral en el sector de la construcción

Abstract

RESUMEN: Nos encontramos ante la realización del Trabajo de Fin de Grado de Relaciones Laborales de la Universidad de Cantabria para cumplir con el plan de estudios establecido. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar la investigación de un accidente laboral producido en el sector de la construcción. Para poder llevar a cabo la realización de la investigación nos basaremos en las pautas que hay que seguir, las cuales se encuentran detalladas en un esquema en la página del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el trabajo (INSHT). Dicha investigación nos permitirá conocer cuales fueron las causas del accidente, causas que motivaron a que el mismo se produjera y así finalmente poder llegar a unas conclusiones y soluciones, de modo que no vuelvan a producirse este tipo de accidentes. Una de las herramientas más útiles para la investigación de las causas del accidente es el árbol de causas. Este método pretende identificar la serie de hechos que se produjeron antes del accidente y así poder determinar cuales fueron las principales causas que dieron lugar a que el accidente se produjera. La investigación será realizada con el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de investigación de accidentes laborales y de prevención de riesgos laborales. En primer lugar partiremos de una introducción del trabajo en el que conoceremos como es el sector de la construcción en España y cual es el índice de siniestralidad en dicho sector. En segundo lugar, nos basaremos en el desarrollo normativo a través del cual realizaremos la investigación. Y finalmente, nos centraremos la investigación del accidente, analizando las causas y llegando a una serie de conclusiones.

ABSTRACT: We are faced with the completion of the work of end of degree of labor relations of the University of Cantabria to fulfill the established curriculum. This work aims to carry out the investigation of a work accident produced in the construction sector. In order to carry out the realization of the research we will rely on the guidelines to be followed, which are detailed in a scheme on the page of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (INSHT). This research will allow us to know what the causes of the accident were, causes that motivated the same one to produce and thus finally to reach some conclusions and solutions, so that this type of accidents do not happen again. One of the most useful tools for investigating the causes of the accident is the tree of causes. This method aims to identify the series of facts that occurred before the accident and to determine what were the main causes that resulted in the accident occurring. The investigation will be carried out with the compliance of the current legislation in the field of investigation of accidents and occupational risks prevention. First of all we will start from an introduction of the work in which we know as the construction sector in Spain and what is the rate of accidents in this sector. Secondly, we will rely on normative development through which we will conduct the research. And finally, we will focus the investigation of the accident, analyzing the causes and reaching a series of conclusions.
