Propuesta de un plan de intervención intercultural en las aulas

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este trabajo se expone la creación de un proyecto de intervención para mejorar el sistema educativo actual y sustituirlo por un currículum que tenga en cuenta la dimensión intercultural del alumnado. Teniendo en cuenta que la población inmigrante en España ha aumentado en los últimos años es necesario que los principios fundamentales del sistema educativo cambien para acercarse más a las minorías culturales. Para ello, se realizará un estudio exhaustivo sobre la educación intercultural y sus implicaciones en el aula, para la posterior creación de un plan de intervención que modifique las estrategias de aprendizaje por unas totalmente interculturales. Este proyecto no solo intenta establecer una educación intercultural en las aulas, sino que pretende lograr la inclusión de todas las personas de diferentes culturas dentro del mismo sistema, rechazando así los sistemas educativos tradicionales y monoculturales.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this paper is to present the creation of an intervention project in order to improve the current educational system thanks to the introduction of an intercultural curriculum. Taking into account that the immigrant population in Spain has increased over the past few years, it is necessary that the fundamental principles of the educational system change in order to integrate cultural minorities in the classroom. This paper will present a comprehensive study on intercultural education and its implications in the classroom. In addition, this work will propose the creation of an intervention plan that substitutes the existing learning strategies by others which are completely intercultural.The aim of this project is not only to try to establish an intercultural education in the classrooms, but also to try integrate students with different cultural backgrounds within the same system, therefore rejecting the traditional and monocultural educational systems.
