Aplicación web para la gestión de productos de Santander Factoring & Confirming

Abstract

RESUMEN: Santander es un banco conocido internacionalmente por estar entre los más importantes a nivel mundial, ofreciendo productos y soluciones adaptados a las necesidades de particulares, empresas e instituciones. Entre los productos ofertados por el banco destacan Factoring y Confirming, que facilitan a las empresas la gestión de cobros a sus clientes y de pagos a sus proveedores, respectivamente. Este Proyecto Fin de Carrera tiene como objetivo diseñar, desarrollar e implantar la aplicación web Santander Factoring & Confirming - Office, que permitirá a toda la red de oficinas de Santander España la consulta y gestión de contratos de los productos Factoring y Confirming, de forma que las sucursales puedan ofrecer un mejor servicio a sus clientes. La presente memoria pretende detallar todos los pasos seguidos para el desarrollo del proyecto, desde la toma de los requisitos hasta la puesta en producción de la aplicación, explicando antes a modo de introducción el contexto, motivación y objetivos de este desarrollo, y, para terminar, los trabajos futuros relacionados con el mismo.

ABSTRACT: Santander is a bank that is internationally known for being among the most important ones in the world, offering products and solutions adapted to the needs of individuals, companies and institutions. Factoring and Confirming stand out among the variety of products offered by this bank. They ease companies the management of collections from their customers and also the management of payments to their suppliers. The goal of this project is to design, develop and deploy the Santander Factoring & Confirming - Office web application, which will allow the whole Santander Spain’s network of offices to consult and manage Factoring and Confirming products’ contracts, so that branches may provide a better service to their clients. This report is intended to describe in detail every step followed in the development of the project, from the business requirements elicitation to the deployment of the application in the production environment, previously explaining in the manner of an introduction the context, motivation and goals of this project and, in conclusion, the foreseeable related work.
