Comunidades de aprendizaje: hacia un modelo de escuelas más integradoras

Abstract

RESUMEN En este trabajo se argumenta el origen de las Comunidades de Aprendizaje y la importancia que tiene hoy en día de introducirlas en las escuelas. De esto modo, se podrá acabar con las prácticas excluyentes y las desigualdades sociales que no permiten el desarrollo íntegro de los alumnos tanto a nivel académico, personal como social. Este proyecto educativo tiene como objetivo cambiar las prácticas de los centros educativos mediante una serie de estrategias y recursos que sirvan para poder dar respuestas de manera equitativa a las nuevas necesidades que surgen en una sociedad cambiante y con la colaboración de las comunidades educativas. También he querido realizar una propuesta que sirva como ejemplo para transformar los centros en escuelas inclusivas donde todos puedan participar, con el objetivo de expandir la enseñanza más allá del aula convencional y generar espacios de diferentes temáticas que atraigan la atención tanto de alumnos como de adultos

ABSTRACT This paper argues the origin of the Learning Communities and the importance of introducing them today in schools. In this way, it will be possible to put an end to exclusionary practices and social inequalities that do not allow the full development of students, both academically, personally and socially. This educational project aims to change the practices of schools through a series of strategies and resources that serve to respond equitably to the new needs that arise in a changing society and with the collaboration of Educational Communities. I also wanted to make a proposal that serves as an example to transform the centers into inclusive schools where everyone can participate with the goal of expanding teaching beyond the conventional classroom and generate spaces of different themes that attract the attention of both students and adults.
