La educación emocional en el aula de ELE para niños inmigrantes que se incorporan al sistema educativo español con un nivel A1

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo propone dos unidades didácticas destinadas a niños inmigrantes de 11 años (6º de Primaria) no hispanohablantes de las Aulas de Enlace de la Comunidad de Madrid que ya han adquirido un nivel A1 de español. Basadas en el enfoque comunicativo, con ellas, el alumno, desarrollando las cuatro destrezas lingüísticas: comprensión oral, expresión oral, comprensión escrita y expresión escrita, aprenderá comunicarse con su entorno y estará capacitado para identificar, expresar y compartir sus emociones, sus deseos y sus metas. En ambas unidades se utiliza como herramienta principal la audición de canciones en español y el visionado de cortometrajes. La primera unidad lleva por título “Poniendo música a las emociones”, en ella se proponen 27 actividades relacionadas con las cuatro emociones primarias (alegría, tristeza, miedo e ira). La segunda unidad didáctica tiene por nombre “Al ritmo de nuestros deseos” y consta de 8 actividades, centradas en los deseos y las metas. Este trabajo se justifica por la importancia de contar con herramientas que contribuyan a atenuar el desarraigo socio-afectivo de estos alumnos, y facilitar su integración en el sistema educativo de la comunidad y en su nuevo entorno social. En este caso a través del conocimiento de la lengua y la toma de conciencia y expresión de sus emociones. Su novedad radica en incorporar en el ámbito de la integración educativa del alumnado inmigrante, desde una etapa precoz, la adquisición de competencias emocionales, usando como vehículo el aprendizaje de la lengua española.

ABSTRACT: This essay proposes two didactic units for eleven-year-old immigrant children that have acquired an A1 Spanish level and that are studying at the Aulas de Enlace of Madrid. These units are based on the communicative method that enables the kids to develop the four language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing, the children will learn how they can communicate with their environment and will be able to identify, express and share their emotions, wishes and goals. In both didactic units the main didactic resources are listening to Spanish songs and watching short films. This first unit is called “Poniendo música a las emociones”, in which we can find 27 activities related to the four primary emotions (joy, sadness, fear and anger).The second unit is named “Al ritmo de nuestros deseos” and has eight activities focused on wishes and goals. The importance of this essay is that it provides tools that can help reduce their bonds and facilitate their integration in the education system of Madrid´s Community and their new social environment through the knowledge of the language and the conscience and expression of their emotions. Its novelty relays on incorporating the acquisition of emotional competences since the early childhood in the educational integration world through Spanish.
