Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo del presente artículo es valorar el peso y las implicaciones que tiene el componente reembolsable de la financiación al desarrollo ofrecida por China. La pertinencia de fijarse en la cooperación financiera reembolsable de China no deriva solo de su importancia cuantitativa, sino de dos aspectos cualitativos que contribuyen a un entendimiento más cabal de la CSS en general: la financiación reembolsable constituye la base sobre la que se apoya el pilar del diálogo político característico de la CSS, que, desde sus inicios, intentó fraguar alianzas para el cambio de las relaciones económicas internacionales; y la cooperación financiera reembolsable, como verdadero ADN de la CSS, marca la tendencia hacia la que se ha encaminado la financiación de la nueva agenda de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this article is to assess the weight and implications of the refundable component of financing for development offered by China. The relevance of focusing on the reimbursable financial cooperation of China derives not only from its quantitative importance, but of two qualitative aspects that contribute to a fuller understanding of SCC in general: reimbursable financing is the basis on which the dialogue pillar rests characteristic of the SCC, which, since its inception, sought to forge alliances for change in international economic relations policy; and reimbursable financial cooperation, as true SSC?s DNA, marks the trend towards the financing of the new agenda of Sustainable Development Goals has been headed.
