Viabilidad de un proyecto empresarial: Vivir +

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este trabajo de fin de grado se va a llevar a cabo un estudio de la viabilidad de la empresa de servicios “Vivir +”. Esta organización se situará en la comunidad de Cantabria y surge a partir de la empresa francesa Vivr’AG, dedicada a servicios de atención domiciliaria. “Vivir +” tiene como principal objetivo atender a personas mayores de 65 años que necesitan ayuda en su domicilio, ya sea por ser una persona dependiente o, simplemente, para la realización de tareas cotidianas. Para ello, se van a ofrecer diferentes tipos de servicios, centrándose inicialmente en los siguientes: 1. Ayuda y apoyo a domicilio. 2. Ayuda a personas dependientes 3. Acompañamiento tanto externo como interno. 4. Talleres semanales de diferentes tipos. Para comenzar con el estudio de esta organización se analizará el mercado en el que se va a situar, con el fin de conocer tanto el entorno general que la rodea como los competidores más cercanos. Seguidamente, la viabilidad comercial permitirá determinar, entre otros aspectos, los precios fijados para cada servicio, la estrategia de comunicación que se va a utilizar en un principio para darse a conocer y la demanda que se estima obtener de los distintos municipios en los que actúa. Por otra parte, dentro de la viabilidad técnica se especificará cuáles son los municipios donde se va a desarrollar la actividad y la localización de la oficina de la empresa. Además, se analizará el coste del personal necesario para comenzar con la actividad, así como los diferentes aspectos de cada puesto. La viabilidad financiera, una de las partes más importantes de este trabajo, permitirá analizar el resultado del primer año de actividad. Con este objetivo se analizarán los diferentes gastos e ingresos y, para sobrellevar la inversión inicial se solicitará un préstamo bancario. Para finalizar el estudio del proyecto se habla sobre la estructura legal de la empresa especificando el tipo de sociedad y las aportaciones a realizar por los socios. En conclusión, se van a analizar diferentes aspectos con el fin de determinar la viabilidad de la empresa.

ABSTRACT: In this Final Degree Project is going to carry out a study of the viability of the service company "Vivir+". This society will be located in the Community of Cantabria and comes from the French company “Vivr'AG” dedicated to home care services. "Vivir +" has main objective to help of people over the age of 65 who need help in their home either by being a person dependent or simply for the realization of everyday tasks. To do this, it will offer different types of services, initially focusing on the following: 1. Help and Support at home. 2. Aid to Dependent People 3. External and internal accompaniment. 4. Weekly workshops of different types. To begin with the study of this organization will analyze the market in which it is going to place, in order to know both the general environment that surrounds it as the closest competitors. Next, the commercial viability will determine, among others, the prices fixed for each service, the communication strategy that will be used in the beginning to make themselves known and demand will estimate to obtain from the various municipalities in which it operates. On the other hand, the technical viability shall specify which are the municipalities where it is going to develop the activity and the location of the office of the company. In addition, you will examine the cost of staff necessary to begin with the activity, as well as the different aspects of each post. The financial viability, one of the most important parts of this work, would make it possible to analyze the outcome of the first year of activity. With this objective will analyze the different expenditure and revenue and, to cope with the initial investment will be requested a bank loan. To complete the study of this project it talks about the legal structure of the company by specifying the type of society and the contributions are to be carried out by the partners. In conclusion, are going to analyze different aspects in order to determine the viability of the company.
