Estudio experimental sobre la influencia de las propiedades físico-mecánicas del kinesiotape en fisioterapia

Abstract

RESUMEN: El vendaje funcional o kinesiotape, es desde hace unos años, un método de tratamiento importante en el mundo de la fisioterapia ideado por el doctor Kenzo Kase, es un tipo de vendaje adhesivo y elástico con una gran cantidad ventajas en el tratamiento. En la investigación que se resume en este trabajo, llevaron a cabo cuatro caracterizaciones de kinesiotape para poder comparar sus diferentes propiedades y cambios ante diferentes situaciones, se realizó un estudio para comprobar la deformación inicial, la respuesta ante una tracción, se estudió cómo es la adherencia del kinesiotape en cuanto a la fuerza y un estudio con microscopia electrónica para observar las diferentes características del material con el que se fabrica el kinesiotape como el material elástico, el adhesivo y cómo evolucionan los diferentes materiales ante diferentes situaciones. En cuanto a los resultados, se han encontrado diferencias en cuanto lo que se postula como normalidad en el kinesiotape, la deformación inicial se ha comprobado que es menor del 10%, que no todos los kinesiotapes en cuanto a colores adhieren igual, se han observado cambios microscópicos en el kinesiotape al someterlo a situaciones como tracción o al mojarlo y que al traccionar el material se ha observado un modelo de comportamiento diferente. Del análisis de los resultados se desprende que existen diferencias en cuanto a lo que se aprecia como normal en el kinesiotape. Hay diferencias en cuanto sus características principales, lo que puede implicar que algunos de sus usos no sean del todo apropiados, atendiendo a las propiedades que se han estudiado.

ABSTRACT: The functional bandage or kinesiotape has long been an important method of treatment in the word of the phisioterapist , it was created by the doctor Kenzo Kase, it is a type of elastic and adhesive taping with a lot of advantages in the treatment. In this research, They were carried out four experiments on kinesiotape to study their different characteristics changes in different situations, a study was conducted to verify the initial deformation, changes to a tensile, it was studied as adherence kinesiotape in strength, and a study of electron microscopy to see the different characteristics of the material with which the kinesiotape is done as the elastic material and the glue and the changes in the different materials in different situations. As for the results it has been shown differences in what is postulated as normal in the kinesiotape, the initial deformation has been found to be less than 10%, kinesiotapes not all stuck in colors as, changes have been observed in the microscoipic when the kinesiotape was subjected to traction or when wet and by pulling the material we have seen a different behavior model. They are studying the results it has been found as there are differences in what is seen as normal in the kinesiotape. There are differences in the main characteristics which may mean that some of its uses are not entirely appropriate depending on the features that have been studied.
