Análisis de la intervención motivacional del docente y educación en valores en películas de cine social

Abstract

RESUMEN Todo el mundo tiene en mente las características que considera debe tener un docente para realizar su labor y ha vivido como alumno o profesor situaciones de educandos, considerados casos perdidos, que hacen claudicar a los docentes porque no consiguen motivarles, hacer que se sientan parte de la comunidad educativa, que se interesen por las materias o que se crean capaces de aprender. En el siguiente documento se realiza un análisis muy detallado de las distintas técnicas, intervenciones o métodos que utilizan los docentes de las películas seleccionadas para motivar a sus alumnos, haciéndose especial hincapié en los “menos ortodoxos” para mostrar que los profesores, no pueden limitarse a los métodos tradicionales, sino que deben adaptarse a los alumnos, a sus circunstancias de vida, a sus gustos, empatizar e interesarse por ellos, mostrarles apoyo, cariño y crear una atmosfera en el aula que les haga sentir que pertenecen a algo importante para sus vidas. Se realiza una selección de películas que se desarrollan en un contexto educativo problemático a todos los niveles, mostrando que si el docente tiene ganas (se implica) y consigue motivarles, puede obtener resultados satisfactorios y alcanzar sus objetivos educativos con cualquier alumno, sin importar su clase social, su raza o su aspecto. También se tratan los valores que inculcan los docentes de estas películas, los cuales se consideran como ideales para trabajar en las aulas, para conseguir dotar a los alumnos de armas tan importantes como los conocimientos obligatorios, tales como trabajar en equipo, luchar y esforzarse por sus objetivos, ser justos, ponerse en el lugar de los demás y respetar a las personas sin ningún tipo de prejuicio.
