Gestión de riesgos en los contratos de obras

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este trabajo de fin de grado se ha realizado un estudio sobre los riesgos a los que se encuentran expuestas las obras de construcción civil y las empresas que las realizan, sus tipos y las distintas formas en que son evaluados estos riesgos, de cómo se puede efectuar su análisis y algunos de los métodos de gestión de los mismos, que actualmente se encuentran normalizados. También se recogen algunos de los softwares más comunes del mercado, empleados en la evaluación de riesgos, que se han desarrollado hasta el momento, si bien muchas empresas poseen software propio adaptado a sus necesidades concretas. Para concluir, he realizado un análisis del grado de implantación de la gestión de riesgos en las empresas de ingeniería civil españolas. Para su realización he elaborado una encuesta mediante la herramienta de Google Forms, lo que me permitió que estas envíen sus respuestas de manera anónima. Con los resultados obtenidos confeccioné un informe estadístico y un pequeño resumen a modo de conclusiones sobre la situación actual.

ABSTRACT: This work is a study about the risks that civil construction and the enterprises that do them, their types and the different ways that those risks are evaluated, the way that they can be analysed and some of the methods to manage the, that nowadays are normalized.

Some of the most popular software products in risk evaluation that have been deployed until this moment are also covered, even though most enterprises have their own software adapted to their necessities.

To conclude I have analysed the degree of implantation of risk management in Spanish civil engineering enterprises. To develop it I have made polls using the tool Google Form, which allowed the answers to be sent anonymously. With the obtained results I made a statistical report and a little abstract as conclusions about the current situation.
