Análisis económico-financiero del Puerto de Santander

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objeto del presente proyecto versa sobre el análisis económico financiero del puerto de Santander, así como su coyuntura económica, social y demográfica desde mediados del siglo XX hasta la actualidad Con el desarrollo de este tema se pretende un doble objetivo. De un lado, conocer como varió la economía cántabra y su convergencia hacia la economía española, los movimientos demográficos, incluyendo movimientos migratorios y tasa de natalidad. Estudiaremos la productividad y el mercado de trabajo de la economía de Cantabria. Todo lo anterior lo analizaremos desde la década de los 60 hasta el año 2010. Para finalizar este primer objetivo, detallaremos el sector exterior de la economía de Cantabria. . Por otro lado, a partir del estudio de los balances, cuentas de pérdidas y ganancias y estados de flujo de efectivos, veremos cómo son estos resultados a través de ratios que organizaremos de manera estructurada para dar una imagen fiel y real de la situación económica financiera del puerto de Santander. Para alcanzar los objetivos referenciados se contará, principalmente, con la inestimable ayuda de mi profesor D. Arturo Cobo González y de los apuntes de la asignatura referida al estudio económico financiero de las empresas

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this project deals with economic and financial analysis of the port of Santander and its economic, social and demographic situation since the mid-twentieth century to the present With the development of this topic a dual purpose intended.
