Se ha descubierto que las actitudes que el docente muestra en el desempeño de su labor interfieren notablemente en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los alumnos, siendo de vital importancia en la educación. El presente estudio se desarrolla en el contexto de un IES y tratará de indagar en cuan presentes están las actitudes en la vida académica de profesores y alumnos, al tiempo que investigará sobre que actitudes tienen un efecto más positivo y más negativo para la docencia desde su punto de vista.},
