Con la pregunta por la justicia el derecho se arriesga, y precisamente al asumir riesgos aparecen nuevas oportunidades. Conceptos como contraste, polaridad, tensión, dialógica, irritación y diferencia son esquemas formales que ofrecen a la teoría de la justicia instrumentos prometedores y muy potentes para replantearse y recuperar su capacidad de detectar problemas y buscar soluciones a los desafíos de nuestro tiempo.},
