abstract = {RESUMEN            Diseño del estudio: se realiza una revisión sistemática sobre la literatura en la que se analizan diferentes abordajes e intervenciones en niños con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA).
Objetivos: analizar las terapias que aportan beneficios en estos niños, y sacar conclusiones concretas y objetivas sobre los diferentes abordajes terapéuticos.
Métodos: mediante una búsqueda bibliográfica a través de la base de datos Medline mediante su herramienta de búsqueda Pubmed, y otras bases como Trip Database y PEDro, realizamos una selección de los diferentes artículos que cumplan los criterios de inclusión y exclusión establecidos.
Resultados: durante el análisis de los diferentes artículos, se obtiene que las terapias aplicadas son efectivas casi en el 100% de los artículos. Sin embargo, no queda claro cuál es la mejor de todas, con lo que no se determina que tratamiento es el más efectivo para niños con TEA.
Conclusiones: no existe una terapia definitiva para tratar a los niños con TEA, con lo que se requiere un abordaje transdisciplinar, adecuado para cada caso, de manera que se obtengan los mayores beneficios posibles.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT            Study design: systematic review of literature about different treatments in children diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
Purpose: the aim of this systematic review is analyze and gather information from the articles, to draw specific and objective conclusions about the different treatments in these children with ASD.
Methods: the searches are made in the Medline Data Base with Pubmed and, with different web reference tool like Trip Database and PEDro. The articles were selected if they meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria described.
Results: During the analysis of the articles, it was get that therapies applies are effective almost 100% in the articles. Nevertheless, it doesn’t clear which is better, then it doesn’t determine which is the most effective for children with ASD.
Conclusion: it doesn’t exist a final therapy for the treatment in children with ASD, so it is need a transdisciplinary treatment more appropriate to each case, so that the greatest possible benefits are obtained.},
