Empero, esta tecnología no tiene un encaje sencillo en la legislación actual, pues resulta incompatible con trámites y garantías relevantes. Es, por tanto, necesario el estudio de cada procedimiento y trámite para valorar la viabilidad de su automatización. abstract = {The automation of administrative procedures through artificial intelligence is still an incipient phenomenon, yet one that is expected to undergo significant development, the limits of which are difficult to foresee. However, this technology does not fit easily within the current legal framework, as it proves incompatible with certain essential procedural steps and safeguards. It is therefore necessary to examine each procedure and stage individually in order to assess the feasibility of its automation. This analysis may begin with the sanctioning procedure, which is subject to the highest legal safeguards; examining aspects such as its initiation, the assessment of minutes, the motion for a resolution or its termination provides valuable insights for reflecting on the use of artificial intelligence by public administrations.},
