abstract = {En este Trabajo de Fin de Máster se estudia cómo se plantea el nacionalismo español en la asignatura de Historia de España de 2º de Bachillerato en la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria durante el curso 2024/25 a través del análisis de dos manuales didácticos y la Prueba de Acceso a la Universidad (PAU). La hipótesis que lo fundamenta es que el nacionalismo español es tratado como una realidad naturalizada, en contraposición al planteamiento que se da a los nacionalismos centrífugos del español: los latinoamericanos y los periféricos. Se fundamenta en las teorías constructivistas del nacionalismo junto con las metodologías de análisis del discurso, análisis curricular y análisis del contenido explícito e implícito de los materiales. Los resultados demuestran que el nacionalismo español no es abordado como un objeto histórico fruto de un proceso artificial, sino como una realidad natural irreflexiva, contribuyendo al continuismo de ideas nacionales homogeneizadoras y excluyentes, por tanto, contrarias al espíritu del Sistema Educativo Español y la legislación vigente.},
abstract = {This Master's Thesis analyzes how Spanish nationalism is addressed in the subject of Spanish History in the second year of high school in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria during the 2024/25 academic year. This thesis is based on two didactic manuals and the University Entrance Exam (PAU). The hypothesis on which this Master's Thesis is based is that Spanish nationalism is treated as a naturalized reality, as opposed to the approach given to centrifugal nationalisms of the Spanish one: both Latin American and peripheral nationalisms. This thesis is based on constructivist theories of nationalism along with the methodologies of discourse analysis, curriculum analysis, and analysis of the explicit and implicit content of the materials. The results of this Master's Thesis demonstrate that Spanish nationalism is not approached as a historical object resulting from an artificial process, but rather as an unreflective natural reality, contributing to the continuation of homogenizing and exclusionary national ideas, and therefore contrary to the spirit of the Spanish Education System and the current legislation.},
