abstract = {Este trabajo tiene por objetivo último analizar la viabilidad técnica, comercial, económica y financiera de construir una planta de cebo de terneros en una explotación ganadera de bovino de raza tudanca radicada en la comarca de Liébana. Su realización se fundamenta en la potencial obtención de mayores márgenes al vender los jatos cebados en comparación con su venta sin cebar, que es la actual vía de comercialización. Para el estudio de este proyecto se empleará la información proporcionada por el titular de la ganadería y de comercios locales – como fuentes primarias – y los datos recogidos por organismos oficiales, en su mayoría, como fuentes de información secundarias. El análisis, en este contexto en particular, resultará económicamente viable a consecuencia de los retornos positivos del proyecto, siendo también factible desde el punto de vista comercial, financiero y técnico tras su estudio exhaustivo},

Its implementation is based on the potential for higher margins when selling fattened calves compared to selling them unfatted, which is the current marketing method.
