abstract = {Este trabajo busca informar sobre los distintos procesos que existen para controlar la propagación de especies invasoras de todas las formas en las que afectan al tráfico marítimo, estudiando los distintos convenios a los que están sujetos. Debido a la gran influencia del tráfico marítimo, este problema recientemente ha pasado a ser de atención mundial por lo que se detallarán los principales convenios que afectan a las distintas especies invasoras que podemos encontrar en los propios buques o en las mercancías que transportan. Aplicaremos estos convenios en una situación real in-situ con una mercancía tratada mediante productos químicos y elementos tanto para protegernos como para realizar el control de las especies. Finalmente, se aportarán conclusiones y posibles soluciones para combatir esta situación de tráfico de especies junto con razonamientos de porqué se dan estas situaciones.},
abstract = {The purpose of this study is to provide information on the different processes that exist to control the spread of invasive species in all the ways they affect maritime traffic, by studying the various conventions to which they are subject. Due to the significant influence of maritime traffic, this issue has recently become a matter of global concern. Therefore, the main conventions affecting the various invasive species found either on ships themselves or in the cargo they transport will be detailed. These conventions will be applied to a real in-situ situation involving cargo treated with chemical products and elements used both for protection and for controlling the species. Finally, conclusions and possible solutions will be presented to address this issue of species trafficking, along with reasoning as to why these situations occur.},
