abstract = {Este trabajo de fin de grado analiza los principales contratos de transporte 
marítimo en el comercio internacional: arrendamiento de buque, fletamento por 
tiempo, fletamento por viaje y transporte de mercancías por conocimiento de 
embarque.
Se realiza un análisis comparativo de la gestión náutica y comercial en estos 
contratos. 
Se estudia el conocimiento de embarque, destacando sus funciones probatoria, 
contractual y de título valor.
Además, se examinan las normas imperativas que regulan la relación entre el 
fletante y el tenedor del conocimiento. Finalmente, se comparan los Convenios 
Internacionales relevantes: Reglas de La Haya-Visby, Reglas de Hamburgo y 
Reglas de Rotterdam},
abstract = {This end of degree project analyses the main maritime transport contracts in 
international trade: ship chartering, time chartering, voyage chartering and 
transport of goods by bill of lading.
A comparative analysis of the nautical and commercial management of these 
contracts is carried out. 
The bill of lading is studied, highlighting its evidentiary, contractual and title deed 
functions.
Furthermore, the mandatory rules governing the relationship between the owner 
and the holder of the bill of lading are examined. Finally, the relevant international 
conventions are compared: Hague-Visby Rules, Hamburg Rules and Rotterdam
