Asi como mostrar la importancia y eficacia del procedimiento concursal que sirve como método para gestionar las deudas y proteger tanto a deudores como acreedores. Para ello se pone en relieve la normativa vigente del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2020, de 5 de mayo de 2020, de la Ley Concursal y la última reforma de 2022, por la Ley 16/2022, de 5 de septiembre, que modifica la Ley Concursal, introduciendo el mecanismo de segunda oportunidad. As well as showing the importance and effectiveness of the bankruptcy proceeding that serves as a method to manage debts and protect both debtors and creditors.
