The analysis of the microcavity by means of an extended Yeh matrix demonstrates the generation of the four-wave mixing into this device, and provides a good agreement with the experimental measurements previously obtained. This process produces the generation of a new wave, called conjugated, and a huge amplification of the input signal in the reflection configuration, allowing to use this device in wavelength conversion and optical amplification.}, publisher = {URSI 2004, XIX Simposium Nacional de la Unión Científica Internacional de Radio, Barcelona}, title = {Mezcla de cuatro ondas en microcavidades semimagnéticas semiconductoras}, author = {Pereda Cubián, David and Arce Diego, José Luis and Iturregui Obregón, Carlos and Fanjul Vélez, Félix and Frey, Robert}, }
