@conference{10902/3635, year = {2003}, month = {9}, url = {http://hdl.handle.net/10902/3635}, abstract = {A Semi-magnetic Semiconductor Microcavity (SSM) is a Fabry-Perot (FP) cavity doped with magnetic ions to present strong magnetical properties, and where a Quantum Well (QW) has been placed in its center. The presence of the QW produces an important variation of the behaviour of the micro-cavity, because of the interaction exciton-photon, producing different phenomena, as the Rabi Splitting or a giant Faraday rotation. Two different maladjustments of the QW manufacture into the presence of an external magnetic field are studied, namely, when a frequency detuning between the cavity and the QW is produced, and when the QW is not correctly placed in the center of the micro-cavity.}, publisher = {URSI 2003, XVIII Simposium Nacional de la Unión Científica Internacional de Radio, La Coruña}, title = {Influencia de los desajustes del pozo cuántico en microcavidades semi-magnéticas semiconductoras}, author = {Pereda Cubián, David and Arce Diego, José Luis}, }
