abstract = {Los cambios que se dan en el panorama económico y laboral fuerzan cambios
en los sistemas educativos, especialmente en la formación profesional, con el
fin de adaptarse a las nuevas necesidades. Con la aprobación de la nueva ley
de formación profesional en España que pretende que toda la formación tenga
carácter dual, típico del sistema educativo alemán, surgen interrogativas acerca
del funcionamiento de éste y qué analogías y diferencias tiene respecto del
sistema educativo español. Este estudio pretende hacer una comparativa entre
ambos sistemas para tener una visión más amplia sobre las posibilidades de
gestión de la formación profesional.},
abstract = {The changes in economy and labor markets force education systems to
change, especially in vocational training, in order to adapt to the new market
needs. With the approval of the new vocational training law in Spain, which
aims to make all training programs based on dual VET, typical of the German
education system, questions arise about how it works and what analogies and
differences it has with respect to the Spanish education system. This study aims
to make a comparison between the two systems in order to have a better
picture of the possibilities of vocational training management.},
