abstract = {La distinción entre el lugar de trabajo y el hogar, así como, el fin de los horarios abusivos, y la incorporación de la mujer al mundo laboral han favorecido el nacimiento de la conciliación entre la vida laboral y familiar. El derecho a conciliar ha sufrido una profunda transformación a lo largo de los tiempos. No obstante, hoy en día uno de los grandes desafíos de la sociedad en este ámbito, es la nueva era digital, una era que ha propiciado una conectividad permanente, consecuencia de la aparición de herramientas y dispositivos tecnológicos, diluyendo el derecho al descanso e incidiendo en la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores. De hecho, este reto se ha transformado en un nuevo derecho, el derecho a la desconexión digital. abstract = {The distinction between the workplace and the home, as well as the end of abusive schedules, and the incorporation of women into the labor market have favored the birth of work-life balance. The right to work-life balance has undergone a profound transformation over the years. However, today one of the great challenges of society in this area is the new digital era, an era that has led to permanent connectivity, because of the emergence of technological tools and devices, diluting the right to rest and affecting the health and safety of workers. In fact, this challenge has been transformed into a new right, the right to digital disconnection. The Spanish legislator, following France as a pioneer, regulates this right, and establishes collective bargaining and digital disconnection protocols as sufficient means for its effectiveness, delimiting the limits and developing guarantee actions},
