abstract = {El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio de la violencia sexual. La violencia
sexual es uno de los fenómenos de mayor gravedad, debido a la vulneración de
las esferas más íntimas del ser humano. España ha sido escenario de una
legislación sometida a continuas reformas en esta materia. Por esta razón, este
trabajo ha analizado la evolución legislativa del tratamiento penal en España de
los delitos sexuales, centrándose en los delitos de agresión sexual a mayores de
edad. El análisis abarca desde los primeros Códigos del XIX hasta los últimos
acontecimientos jurídicos, tras la LO 10/2022 y su breve vigencia con la
aprobación de la LO 4/2023.},
abstract = {The present work aims to study sexual violence. Sexual violence is one of the
most serious phenomena due to the violation of the most intimate spheres of the
human being. Spain has been the scene of legislation subjected to continuous
reforms in this matter. For this reason, this work has analyzed the legislative
evolution of the criminal treatment in Spain regarding sexual offenses, focusing
on sexual assault crimes against adults. The analysis spans from the early 19thcentury
Codes to the latest legal developments, following the LO 10/2022 and its
brief effectiveness with the approval of the LO 4/2023.},
