abstract = {En el siguiente trabajo se analizará qué es la singularidad y cómo se puede aplicar a un destino, o más concretamente a los alojamientos turísticos de éste.
Se incluirán tesis e investigaciones previas que hablan y analizan la singularidad en este y otros ámbitos.
En base a una encuesta realizada a una muestra que represente a la población del municipio de Santa Cruz de Bezana, ubicado en Cantabria y así se determinará qué es la singularidad, qué entiende la población por “singularidad turística” aplicada a los alojamientos y qué tres emplazamientos de una lista previa serán los más afines a este adjetivo.
La finalidad de este trabajo es estudiar el potencial de la nueva corriente del turismo y el marketing turístico en el que el viajero busca un momento único y llamativo, el turismo “instagrameable”, se busca algo especial y que el resto no conozca, experiencias nuevas lejos de un alojamiento convencional que poder compartir en redes sociales y sacar una conclusión sobre si es o no recomendable emprender en este tipo de turismo.},
