This approach allows implementing policies that consider the fulfillment of Quality of Service (QoS) requirements, as well as an efficient use of allocated resources. The operation of the proposed solution can be configured from the user file, enabling the use of different strategies. We compare the performance of the proposed scheduler with that exhibited by alternative solutions. The results show that it can guarantee the required bit rate, while yielding a more efficient use of the available resources.}, organization = {This work has been supported by the Spanish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation and the European Union– NextGenerationEU with the project SITED: Semantically-enabled Interoperable Trustworthy Enriched Data-spaces (PID2021-125725OB-I00), OPTIMAIX_OaaS (TSI-063000-2021-34) and 6GBLUR/joint (TSI-063000-2021-57).
