The amplifier has four self-biased stages based on GaAs technology. At room temperature the amplifier gain is 18 dB and with a noise temperature of 300 K at 30 GHz and a power consumption of 97 mW. When it is cooled to 37 K a noise temperature of 70 K is obtained with an associated gain of 23 dB at 30 GHz. The noise temperature test has been carried out using the cold attenuator method.}, publisher = {URSI 2007, XXII Simposium Nacional de la Unión Científica Internacional de Radio, La Laguna}, title = {Amplificador de bajo ruido MMIC en la banda Ka a temperatura criogénica}, author = {Cano de Diego, Juan Luis and Aja Abelán, Beatriz and Artal Latorre, Eduardo and Fuente Rodríguez, Luisa María de la and Pascual Gutiérrez, Juan Pablo and Villa Benito, Enrique}, }
