abstract = {Objetivo: Analizar los resultados del trasplante cardíaco en miocardiopatía hipertrófica (MCH) y miocardiopatía restrictiva (MCR) en España y compararlos con miocardiopatía dilatada isquémica (MDI) y no isquémica (MDNI). Métodos: Análisis retrospectivo de los datos clínico-demográficos y de supervivencia de los trasplantes cardíacos realizados en España entre 1984 y 2021 contenidos en el Registro Español de Trasplante Cardíaco. Resultados: Se incluyeron 7267 pacientes. Con respecto a las dilatadas, la MCH presentó un riesgo de mortalidad precoz un 30% mayor y un riesgo de mortalidad total similar. La MCR presentó un riesgo de mortalidad precoz un 50% mayor y un riesgo de mortalidad total un 50% superior a la MDI y un 67% superior a la MDNI. Conclusión: La MCH presentó mayor riesgo de mortalidad precoz y similar de mortalidad total respecto a las formas dilatadas. abstract = {Objective: To analyze the results of heart transplantation in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and restrictive cardiomyopathy (RCM) in Spain and compare them with ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and nonischemic dilated cardiomyopathy (NICM). Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical-demographic and survival data of cardiac transplantations performed in Spain between 1984 and 2021 contained in the Spanish Registry of Heart Transplantation. Results: A total of 7267 patients were included. With respect to dilated heart transplantation, HCM had a 30% higher risk of early mortality and a similar risk of total mortality. RCM had a 50% higher risk of early mortality and a 50% higher risk of total mortality than IDCM and 67% higher than NICM. Conclusion: HCM presented a higher risk of early mortality and a similar risk of total mortality compared to dilated forms. RCM presented a higher risk of early and total mortality compared to dilated forms.},
