abstract = {La digitalización de los centros educativos está teniendo un impacto directo en su gestión, cuyos responsables tienen la capacidad de aprovechar las oportunidades que ofrece la tecnología para lograr la transformación del centro y de la comunidad educativa. Al asumir el desafío de adaptarse a las demandas de la actual sociedad digital y mediatizada, potencian el desarrollo de competencias digitales y mediáticas en profesorado, estudiantes y familias y, en consecuencia, promueven el uso crítico, responsable y creativo de las herramientas digitales y recursos mediáticos innovadores. En este trabajo se presenta un estudio de caso de un centro de Educación Infantil, Primaria y Secundaria de Cantabria, en el que la dirección del centro está desarrollando un proyecto basado en la creación de un estudio de radio y de grabación de vídeos mejorando el clima del centro y potenciando el aprendizaje y la inclusión. El proyecto se ve reforzado por la creaciónde dos asignaturas en Educación Primaria y Secundaria. Entre los resultados obtenidos del proyecto destacan el desarrollo de competencias comunicativas, críticas, creativas y digitales, mediante la adquisición de habilidades fundamentales en el 
manejo de herramientas. La participación de los estudiantes en el proyecto ha propiciado ser merecedores de varios premios.},
abstract = {The digitization of educational centers is having a direct impact on their management, whose managers have the ability to take advantage of the opportunities offered by technology to achieve the transformation of the center and the educational community. By assuming the challenge of adapting to the demands of today’s digital and media society, they promote the development of digital and media skills in teachers, students and families and, consequently, promote the critical, responsible and creative use of digital tools and resources. innovative media. This paper presents a case study of an Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education center in Cantabria, in which the center’s management is developing a project based on the creation of a radio and video recording studio, improving the climate of the center and promoting learning and inclusion. The project is reinforced by the creation of two subjects in Primary and Secundary Education. Among the results obtained from the project, the development of communicative, critical, creative and digital skills stands out, through the acquisition of fundamental skills in the use of tools. The participation of the students in the project has led to their being awarded several prizes.},
