by  authors  from  the  last  few  decades,  both  from  documentary  and  bibliographical 
perspectives, with disputing approaches about the character of the system. Framed in this context, 
is the case against Juan Guerrero, located at the conjuncture of the end of the Old Regime, it is 
presented as an unquestionable example of the development of this system
