abstract = {In  2006,  the  craft  beer  industry  was  born  in  Cantabria,  coinciding,  moreover,  with  the
development of this industry on a national level. This has its origins in the "homebrewers", who, 
after a process of learning about the new product, propose an alternative to industrial beer. In 
this work, the origins of the beer industry in Cantabria have been analysed, making a  connection
