abstract = {El presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster pretende aproximar la organización histórica del territorio emplazado en el alfoz de Cerezo de Río Tirón. El objetivo fundamental es analizar la configuración de un territorio fronterizo entre los principales reinos cristianos del norte peninsular, así como el conocimiento sobre la organización alfocera en la España medieval. En esta investigación trataremos de abordar la articulación del territorio en un conjunto de distritos menores sometidos al poder central de este alfoz. A partir de esta perspectiva se tratará de comprender el proceder de las distintas monarquías para estructurar dicho territorio, y es como de ese modo, los alfoces parecen estar bajo el poder de unos delegados, llámense éstos tenentes, dominantes, mandantes o seniores. Y, en esa línea, se tratará de explicar las funciones señoriales o regias existentes en dicho alfoz a tenor de la fluctuación de fronteras entre los distintos reinos y la evolución de las mismas. Y para comprender el proceso de construcción de dicho territorio histórico se realizará una cartografía del proceso de reorganización territorial del alfoz de Cerezo durante los siglos X al XII.},
abstract = {The present Master's Thesis aims to approximate the historical organization of the territory located in the Cerezo of Río Tirón. The main objective is to analyze the configuration of a border territory between the main Christian kingdoms of the north of the peninsula, as well as the knowledge about the alfocera organization in medieval Spain. In this research we will try to address the articulation of the territory in a set of minor districts subject to the central power of this alfoz. From this perspective we will try to understand the procedure of the different monarchies to structure this territory, and in this way, the alfoces seem to be under the power of some delegates, whether they are called tenents, dominants, mandantors or seniores. And, in this line, it will try to explain the stately or regies functions existing in this alfoz according to the fluctuation of borders between the different kingdoms and the evolution of them. And to understand the process of construction of this historical territory, a cartography of the process of territorial reorganization of the alfoz of Cerezo during the tenth to twelfth centuries will be carried out.},
