abstract = {En el presente estudio se pretende analizar el delito de tráfico de órganos, figura jurídica introducida a partir de la entrada en vigor de la Ley Orgánica 5/2010, de 22 de junio, que modificó la Ley Orgánica 10/1995, de 23 de noviembre, del Código Penal, introduciendo la tipificación del nuevo delito de tráfico de órganos. Este impulso legislativo se produjo a partir de la actividad de los organismos internacionales en el marco de la prohibición de la referida conducta, con el fin de armonizar todos los sistemas legislativos europeos en la materia, a causa del creciente aumento de este tipo de conductas.},
abstract = {This study aims to analyze the crime of organ trafficking, a legal figure introduced from the entry into force of Organic Law 5/2010, of June 22, which modified Organic Law 10/1995, of November 23, of the Penal Code, introducing the typification of the new crime of organ trafficking. This legislative impulse was produced from the activity of international organizations within the framework of prohibiting such conduct, in order to harmonize all European legislative systems on the matter due to the incipient increase in this type of conduct.},
