abstract = {RESUMEN: Este trabajo se enmarca en un proyecto I+D+i financiado por el Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad de España cuyo propósito es el estudio de varios proyectos locales de investigación participativa. En este artículo examinamos cómo esta investigación participativa intersecciona con los fundamentos de la movilización del conocimiento y cómo ello se revela a lo largo del proyecto (no solo en la difusión final) a través de cuatro ejes interpretativos: relevancia; investigación participativa; comunicación y audiencia activa. Nos servimos de uno de los proyectos donde la creación colaborativa de un audiovisual nucleó un complejo proceso de investigación sobre la realidad carcelaria para ilustrar estos ejes en la práctica. Los participantes y co-creadores de esta obra han sido seis hombres jóvenes que han tenido o tenían una pena privativa de libertad, una trabajadora social y tres investigadoras de la universidad de Cantabria. Este trabajo muestra cómo estos resultados que brotan de un proyecto concreto pueden resultar inspiradores para otros proyectos de investigación guiados por el paradigma de la participación y de la acción social.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: This work is part of an R+D+i project funded by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness whose purpose is the study of several participatory projects aimed at promoting the participation of socially vulnerable groups. Here we deal with one of these projects where the collaborative creation of an audiovisual production was the nucleus of a complex research process on the reality of prison. The participants and co-creators of this work were six young inmates, a social worker and three researchers from the University of Cantabria. We examine how this participatory research intersects with the fundamentals of knowledge mobilisation and how this is revealed throughout the project (not only in the final dissemination) through four interpretative axes: relevance; participatory research, training and social change; accessible, understandable and audience-oriented communication; and active audience allied with the purpose of social transformation. This paper shows how these results emerging from a concrete project can be inspiring for other research projects guided by the paradigm of participation and social action.},
