abstract = {RESUMEN: Este trabajo de fin de grado se centra en la igualdad de género y oportunidades a través de los Planes de Igualdad dentro de la industria turística. En él se analiza la situación actual de la igualdad de género en el sector y la relevancia que tienen estos planes en las empresas turísticas españolas. Además, se define lo que es un Plan de Igualdad según la legislación, la normativa por la que se regulan y los pasos a seguir para implantarlo en las empresas (elaboración del plan, comisión negociadora, diagnóstico y contenido del plan y registro, implantación y seguimiento). Por otro lado, se habla de la obligatoriedad de ciertas empresas a adoptarlos y las características que tienen que poseer para ello. La implantación de estas medidas busca lograr la igualdad efectiva de género entre hombres y mujeres dentro del ámbito laboral y empresarial del sector. abstract = {ABSTRACT: This final degree project focuses on gender equality and opportunities through Equality Plans within the tourism industry. It analyzes the current situation of gender equality in the sector and the relevance of these plans in Spanish tourism companies.
