abstract = {RESUMEN: Una clave para el desarrollo de un destino turístico es la evolución de su oferta, proponer nuevas atracciones para el público adaptando sus recursos y haciéndolos más grandes en el sentido potencial. Para que se consolide, debe hacerse de acuerdo con los tiempos modernos, buscando satisfacer a una mayor exigencia del visitante aunando diferentes tipos de turismo y de la manera más sostenible posible, teniendo en cuenta a la población local, ganando adeptos en el propio lugar.
En medio de la naturaleza, en zonas húmedas como las orillas de ríos o de marismas, nos encontramos vestigios de la actividad económica del pasado, como es el caso de los molinos y las ferrerías. Muchas de esas construcciones se vinieron abajo como ruinas despreciadas; sin embargo, con el paso del tiempo, se han acabado por valorar positivamente como una herencia recuperable que se puede transformar en un bien útil para nuestros presente y futuro con vista al pasado.
Para comprenderlo correctamente, se comienza con el encuadre teórico y se describe el estado en la actualidad de los molinos de agua como recurso turístico en el ámbito mundial, nacional y regional. Se realiza un análisis fisiográfico y turístico, identificando los recursos.
Por último, se realiza un breve diagnóstico y se diseñan varias líneas de actuación, entre las que se destaca el concepto de vender naturaleza como las rutas o ecomuseos de molinos que hemos podido analizar en este estudio. Para llevarlo a cabo, nos hemos apoyado en encuentros personales con expertos y guías de molinos turísticos y en encuestas in situ a visitantes.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: A key for the development of a touristic destination is the evolution of its offer, proposing new attractions to the public adapting its resources and making them bigger in the potential meaning. To consolidate it, it must be done in accordance with the current times, looking for please a larger exigence of the visitant combining different kinds of tourism the more sustainable possible way, taking into account the local people, gaining adherents in the very place.
In the middle of nature, in wet areas like the shores of the rivers or the marshes, we find vestiges of the economic activity of the past, like the mills or the ironworks. Many of these constructions collapsed as despised ruins; however, over time, they were viewed positively as a recoverable heritage that can turn into a useful good for our present and future with a view back to the past.
To well understand it, it starts with the theoretical framing and the current status of the water mills is described as touristic resource globally, nationally and regionally. An physiographic and touristic analysis is done, identifying the resources.
Finally, a short diagnostic is made and several action lines are designed, noting the sell-nature concept like the routes or the mills ecomuseums that we could analyse in this study. To carry it out, we have relied on personal meetings with experts and guides of touristic mills and on on-site visitor surveys.},
