abstract = {RESUMEN: Es conocido que la estabilidad de los sistemas de ecuaciones diferenciales lineales con coeficientes constantes depende del signo de la parte real de los valores propios de la matriz de coeficientes. Sin embargo, cuando la matriz de coeficientes es no constante este resultado es falso. El objetivo del trabajo es dar contraejemplos y estudiar ciertos resultados que permitan caracterizar la estabilidad en algunos casos particulares como por ejemplo cuando los coeficientes son funciones periódicas o se trata de sistemas perturbados.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: It is well known that stability of linear differential systems with constant coefficients is deter mined by the sign of the eigenvalues of the coefficient matrix. Nevertheless, when the coefficient matrix is not constant that statement is false. The objective of this work is to give some counter examples and to study other results that characterize the stability in some particular cases, for example, when the coefficients are periodic functions or when dealing with perturbed systems.},
